No+Vello’s Islington clinic was established as the brand’s UK pilot centre in 2011 by the organisation’s Spanish owners. After a successful first two years, the centre’s manager, Natalie Lovitz, purchased the store in August of this year. And, under Natalie’s leadership, it has continued to go from strength-to-strength.

A full refit in mid-October has led to the clinic doubling in size, with new signage, furniture and a second room all added. Story 3This expansion has, in turn, led to a significant increase in sales. In fact, in the three weeks since the refit, sales have gone up by 40%. And with demand still rising, Natalie has had to take on another full-time therapist.

Natalie explains: “As manager, I could see the potential of the business and knew that, with more control, I could really bring it out. It was a mutual decision between the owners and myself to buy the business – they were living abroad and couldn’t spend as much time at the clinic as they’d have liked.”

With her experience of managing the business to call on, Natalie wasted no time in putting her growth plans into action. In No+Vello’s cutting-edge IPL hair removal treatment she recognised an opportunity to capture her local market. The expansion of her clinic has allowed her to do just that:

“Since the refit the clinic has just been really busy. The second room has helped tremendously – there was a huge demand for it. I’ve noticed a real readiness in the area to try out cutting-edge beauty treatments, and that’s exactly what we have to offer.“
