Annabelle Simkins Leading a training session at No+Vello UK Head Office

Annabelle Simkins comes to the role of UK Training Manager

As a response to continued national network growth, No+Vello has appointed a new UK Franchise Training Manager to ensure franchise owners receive the high quality training they need to succeed.

Annabelle Simkins comes to the role as the current manager of the Wolverhampton Centre, and has over five years’ experience in the beauty industry, including appointments in high profile salons and spas. Also possessing beauty NVQ levels 2 and 3, Annabelle is perfectly placed to help No+Vello franchise owners learn the skills they need to take their income to the next level.

“We’re a very fast growing network, and existing training had previously been carried out by a dedicated skin doctor from our Madrid Head Office,” says Matt Simmonds, No+Vello’s Managing Director. “To offer more support to our franchise owners, we decided to have our own employee to deliver UK training with assistance from Head Office, so it’s the perfect situation.”

In preparation for her new position, Annabelle went out to Madrid to undertake an extensive training course, gaining comprehensive insights into treatments, technology and products from No+Vello’s expert team. She’ll also receive on-going monthly training sessions to keep her skillset up to date.

“The training was hugely enjoyable and I met all the senior managers and learnt about No+Vello as a company,” says Annabelle. “I received in-depth tutorials in all the various treatments, machinery and products, so I can pass on this knowledge to the whole franchise network.”

Matt says Annabelle was the ideal choice for the role, and will be a great asset to franchise centres across the country. “Annabelle will deliver training to all new and existing franchise owners to ensure they learn the No+Vello protocols and use the right way to deliver our IPL and related treatments,” Matt adds. “She’ll also be responsible for visiting all our centres on a regular basis to ensure franchise owners are following the protocols they’ve been trained in.”

Annabelle is very positive about her new position, and the opportunity for skills improvement and business growth it will offer to the entire network. “No+Vello is a community really,” she says, “and any new ideas and skills you learn are appreciated by the No+Vello family, so to have an input into this is really exciting.”
